  • Daniel Kuether

Daniel Kuether is the founder and CEO of Electd.io, a digital platform designed to empower down-ballot candidates with the tools and strategies they need to run competitive campaigns. Drawing on his experience as the former chair of the Sarasota County Democratic Party, Daniel saw firsthand how smart, passionate candidates often lacked the roadmap, resources, and support that larger campaigns take for granted. Electd fills that gap by turning campaign data into clear action plans and enabling one-click execution with trusted partners.

Before launching Electd, Daniel built a career in product design, working with startups and organizations to create user-centered solutions that prioritize clarity, accessibility, and impact. His design background informs Electd’s mission: making the complexities of campaigning simple, intuitive, and effective for everyday people stepping into public service.

Daniel is currently pursuing a dual M.A./M.B.A. in design leadership at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and the Maryland Institute College of Art. With this interdisciplinary training, he is blending business strategy, design thinking, and civic innovation to help reshape how local democracy works—one campaign at a time.
